Delivery Options in Mainland France:

    • Colissimo without signature: Home delivery in 2 to 3 business days.
    • Colissimo with signature: Home delivery in 2 to 3 business days, with tracking and proof of delivery.

  2. Express:

    • Chrono 18: Express delivery in 1 to 2 business days, before 6 p.m. Ideal for fast and secure deliveries.

Delivery Options in the European Union:

  1. Standard:

    • Delivengo: Economy delivery with La Poste in 4 to 8 business days, ideal for non-urgent shipments.

  2. Express:

    • Chrono Classic: Delivery in 1 to 3 business days with Chronopost. This service offers full tracking and fast delivery for your international orders.

Delivery Areas:

  • We currently deliver to mainland France and the European Union (including 24 countries). We currently do not deliver to the United Kingdom.

Delivery Costs:

  • Metropolitan France:

    • Standard with signature: €4.95 - free from €79
    • Express: €6.95

  • European Union:

    • International Standard: €6.95 - free from €149
    • International Express: €9.95

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Order Tracking:

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to track your delivery in real time.

Returns and Refunds:

If you wish to return an item, please consult our Returns and Refund Policy. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
