How to return a product?

Step 1: Log in to your account:

Go to the login page for your customer account via the profile icon in the navigation bar.

In the "Email" field, enter your email address, then click "Continue".

In your email inbox, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

Return to the online store, then enter the six-digit verification code.

Step 2: Request a return

Click on "Request a return" for the order you wish to return.

If your order contains more than one item, select the ones you want to return.

Select a return reason.

You must add a note to the store specifying the desired size in case of an exchange due to size. If you would like a refund, please mention it in the note.

Click on "Request a return".

Step 3: We review your return request

Exchanges

• Size Exchange
Size exchanges are free.
Once we receive your return, we will ship you the new size within 24 hours.

• Exchange for another item
You can exchange an item for another style or color by issuing a voucher for the original amount.
This voucher is valid for 6 months and can be used throughout the site.

Refund

You can request a refund for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
A flat-rate deduction of €10 will be automatically deducted from your refund, corresponding to logistics and processing costs.
After receiving your return, you will be refunded within 7 to 15 days, depending on your payment method.

Step 4: Ship your return

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive a confirmation email for the return and will be asked to drop off the original package with the return shipping label provided with your order at a post office.

Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund after verification by our after-sales service.
